Bella Health
Trauma Therapy and Treatment in CA, MA, & ME
At Bella Health, we believe everyone deserves a space that feels safe, understood, and deeply supportive — that’s the foundation of trauma-informed care, which guides everything we do. But when trauma, especially PTSD, is a central part of your story, true healing often requires more than a safe space. That’s why our practice provides specialized trauma therapy and PTSD treatment for individuals across California, Massachusetts, and Maine — through both in-person and telehealth sessions.
Our clinicians are experts in evidence-based trauma therapies, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). These are among the most effective, research-backed treatments for post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and related disorders.
Whether you’re seeking online trauma therapy in Los Angeles, PTSD treatment in Salem, MA, or virtual counseling in Maine, Bella Health delivers trauma-specific care tailored to your goals, your pace, and your life.
What sets Bella Health apart is our unwavering commitment to PTSD-focused therapy — care that goes beyond managing symptoms to foster deep, lasting recovery. Every client receives a personalized treatment plan that draws on multiple trauma modalities, ensuring flexibility and results that are both measurable and meaningful.

Angela L. Belleville is a licensed counselor and the founder of Bella Health. With over 20 years of experience, her work is built on two core values: providing trusted trauma-informed care and advancing the use of evidence-based therapies that foster lasting change.
Angela specializes in PTSD treatment and is highly trained and certified in leading, science-backed approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), EMDR (including EMDR 2.0), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and other trauma-focused CBT modalities. Recognizing that recovery doesn’t follow a single path, she emphasizes flexibility in care drawing on different therapeutic approaches as needed to ensure individuals have the options and support that best fit their healing journey.
As a sought-after trainer, Angela has developed and led clinical training initiatives at both intimate and large-scale levels, equipping clinicians, police, healthcare teams, mission-driven nonprofits, and community advocates with the skills and confidence to provide effective trauma care.
Known for her dynamic and engaging training style, she makes complex concepts digestible and practical, ensuring participants leave with actionable strategies they can confidently apply. She has provided training and consultation for organizations including Boston University, U-Albany, NASW-NY Chapter, Eliot Community Human Services, Firefly Health, Private Practice Colloquium, Lightworks, Wellable, and Healing Abuse Working for Change (HAWC), among others.
Angela earned her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University in 2003, with a focus on political, feminist, and multicultural psychology. Her career spans psychiatric trauma units, day programs, nonprofit community-based behavioral health leadership, and community advocacy- giving her a deep understanding of how trauma and healing are shaped by individual, systemic, and community factors. She also founded Rock for HAWC, a music and arts-centric fundraiser supporting survivors of domestic violence for 8 years, reflecting her deep commitment to community awareness.
With the founding of Bella Health, Angela brings her clinical expertise, real-world experience, commitment and passion for healing into a high-touch, personalized care environment while helping shape a more trauma-informed future through training, supervision, and consultation.
“Being trusted to walk alongside someone in their healing journey- even for a short time- has been one of the most joyous and humbling honors of my career.”
