About Bella Health

Healing means and requires different things for different people- everyone’s journey is unique. Healing can happen when we unlock our inner wisdom and strengths and learn to trust them. When we face our fears and discover new and freeing perspectives about ourselves, others, and the world. Sometimes it means building new connections, self-compassion, embracing uncertainty, forgiveness. It's all about discovering what helps us get unstuck, move forward and grow.

Bella Health offers all the gold-standard PTSD treatments- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Therapies- delivered by experienced, compassionate professionals who specialize in trauma. This ensures individuals are matched with a therapy path that best fit their needs and goals and allows more choice and flexibility in how they want to process their trauma. All therapies are short-term and show phenomenal outcomes for those who complete treatment. Most modalities have the option to be done 2-3x a week for more rapid relief. In addition to trauma therapy, Bella Health offers an array of training options, supervision and consulting services for providers and the community.
