In-Network Insurance

Bella Health is in-network with select Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBS MA) plans. Coverage may also extend to members of other state Blue Cross plans, depending on your policy.

To confirm benefits, contact your insurance provider and ask:

• Is Bella Health in-network for my plan?

• What are my copay, deductible, or coinsurance for outpatient mental health services?

Out-of-Network Insurance (PPO Plans)

If Bella Health is not in-network with your plan, you may still have out-of-network (OON) benefits. Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of mental health services.

Out-of-network care:

• Payment is due at the time of service

• A superbill is provided

• Reimbursement is requested directly through your insurance carrier

We recommend confirming:

• Reimbursement percentage or rate

• Deductible requirements

• Session limits, if any

Private Pay Rates

• 50-minute session: $250

• 75-minute session: $325

Intensive Options:

• Two 50-minute sessions per week: $450

• Three 50-minute sessions per week: $600

Sliding scale availability is limited and offered on a time-limited, case-by-case basis.

Many clients choose private pay for increased privacy, flexibility, and clinical depth. Private pay allows care to be tailored to your goals—without insurance-driven limitations on diagnosis, session length, or frequency—and supports more focused or intensive work when appropriate.
