In times of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Coping with Uncertainty is a structured, skills-based therapy group designed to help you not only manage these challenges but also build lasting resilience. Through a blend of evidence-based techniques, participants will learn how to reset personal needs and boundaries, reassess what truly supports them, and develop strategies to navigate hardship with greater confidence and ease.

This group focuses on both cognitive (“top-down”) and body-based (“bottom-up”) interventions, teaching practical exercises that soothe distress, calm the nervous system, and strengthen emotional regulation. While current challenges will be acknowledged, this is not just a processing group—it is an experiential space where participants actively engage with tools and strategies that foster balance, stability, and growth.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sensorimotor, EMDR, Grief Work, Mindfulness and more participants will leave with a diverse set of techniques designed to reduce emotional, physical, and cognitive distress. Whether you're looking to reset expectations, enhance coping skills, or develop a more resilient mindset, this group offers a supportive and structured environment to help you move forward.
