This in-person workshop is a practical, skills-focused workshop designed for therapists who want to enhance their ability to help clients overcome "stuckness", avoidance, and depressive patterns through purposeful action. Grounded in behavioral therory, this traiing covers the essential components of Behavioral Activation (BA) and how to deliver it effectively in diverse clinical populations using a trauma-informed lens.
Participants will learn how to integrate core BA strategies such a activity monitoring, values exploration and problem solving to support client motivation and engagement. This workshop blends evidence-based practice with clinical wisdom to empower therapists in guiding clients from stagnation towards meaningful movement.
